Manisa Kebab | Taylan Restaurant

On an Aegean Tour, our way fell to Manisa. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to visit Manisa tall, but we chose Taylan restaurant to eat Manisa Kebab. The restaurant is a competent place with its establishment history of almost 100 years. I wanted to share an exquisite Flavor with you

Manisa Kebab Recipe:

Material:
2/3 veal by soft, 1/3 lamb, butter, sumac, salt, tomato, green pepper, onion, parsley. (Onion and parsley are finely chopped and mixed with some sumac.)

Construction:
Veal and lamb meat are mixed into minced meat by double minced. It is salted and kneaded well and wrapped in skewers in a way that is neat and not too thick. Kebabs wrapped in skewers are cooked over a charcoal fire, while pitas are heated over the same fire and lightly fried. Tomatoes and peppers are also lightly roasted over the same fire. The fried pitas are taken to the serving plate and cut frame by frame. The cooked kebabs are also taken over the pitas properly without spoiling their shape. Stir in the fried butter, sprinkle with sumac. Garnished with roasted tomatoes and peppers and served with onion salad.
