Birbiçer Kebap Adana style Breakfast

It is a common habit to have breakfast in the kebab shop in Adana. and we should have tried it on our trip. We chose Birbiçer Kebap for our breakfast. our place at the stove was great. The livers are lined up on skewers (one liver is a piece of oil) the master skillfully displays his art on the barbecue without drying it, and when the skewers are ready, he draws a little ember in front of you in the barbecue so that the skewers do not dry out but stay warm again, and delivers your mists. The cooked livers are drawn into the pita bread opened from the skewer, the onion and so on are added and the indispensable cumin is eaten by sprinkling it on it abundantly.

The master is really like an artist at his stove, the liver is wonderfully filthy and the still moist pieces of oil are wonderful, with the outside slightly reddened.
