Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
The Viktor-Emanuel-Gallery was built in the 19th century on behalf of the then King Viktor Emanuel II. century. This completely enclosed shopping center was opened on September 15, 1867.
The Gallery is right in the Duomo Church and your square. On the back side is Piazza della Scala.

The gallery was designed in 1864 by architect Giuseppe Mengoni. The building, which usually attracts attention with its marble decoration, reminds of two intersecting lines or an idol when viewed from above. The glass dome at the intersection is the Eight corners. and has a diameter of 39 meters. At this point, the height of the dome reaches 47 meters. On the floor there are mosaics of Italy’s city streamers.

The Mall is home to Luxury Brands. For example: Prada, Massimo Dutti, Gucci and Louis Vuitton, as well as one of the world’s famous Gastronomy Companies: Restaurant Savini is also here. Bar Camparino was opened by Gaspare Campari.
