Trileche literally means &#8220;three milks&#8221; because dessert is made with three different milks. It is usually prepared as a three-layer cake and soaked with sorbet and then served with whipped cream or cream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I had the chance to eat Trileche in different places, but so far I have eaten the most delicious one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Sh%C3%ABndeti-Zdravljak-505549432895880\/\">at the Shendeti Patisserie in<\/a> Kosovo Pirizrende<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The recipe of the trileche dessert is as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of milk<\/li>\n<li>1 cup yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cream<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>For sorbet:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups of water<\/li>\n<li>2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 slice of lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For above:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups of milk<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cream<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of whipped cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the flour, baking soda and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Continue stirring by adding the milk, yogurt and cream.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30-35 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>For the sorbet, put the water, sugar and lemon in a saucepan and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>After the cake is out of the oven, pour the hot sorbet over it.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the milk and cream in a bowl for the top.<\/li>\n<li>Add the whipped cream and continue stirring.<\/li>\n<li>Once the cake has cooled, spread the icing on
