Ajouter le sel, la levure s\u00e8che, le thym frais, le poivre et l\u2019ail en poudre et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et m\u00e9langer. P\u00e9trir pendant 5-6 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait la consistance.<\/li>\n<li>Pour fermenter la p\u00e2te dans un bol graiss\u00e9, mettez-la dans un r\u00e9cipient avec un couvercle et laissez reposer environ 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9glez votre four \u00e0 220 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Prenez la p\u00e2te ferment\u00e9e sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie graiss\u00e9e et fa\u00e7onnez-la avec vos mains. \u00c9taler 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive sur toute la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer de thym
