Hello, I’m Francesco Rossi, a 40 year old professional chef and food blogger living in Italy. With my University degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, I had the opportunity to experience a variety of culinary cultures, traveling between restaurants and cuisines around the world.
I have an adventurous, innovative, sociable and talkative personality. I have hobbies such as cooking, traveling, taking photos and exploring new cultures. I am especially interested in world cuisines, wine tasting, local delicacies and food photography.
In a professional sense, I specialize in Italian cuisine, desserts and special presentations. I have skills such as creative food preparation and presentation, kitchen management, blogging. Traveling is not only a passion for me, but also a part of my professional development. I have traveled to many countries from Italy to France, from Spain to Japan, and I reflect the knowledge I have learned on these travels to my meals.
Personally, I like to explore local cuisines in every new place I visit and use local ingredients when cooking. Despite the difficulties of constantly traveling, it is a great pleasure for me to try new flavors and share them with my followers.
In my blog posts, I work towards goals such as promoting Italian cuisine more around the world and publishing my own cookbook. I also believe that cooking is not just about making delicious food, but also about sharing a culture and a story.
I grew up in a winemaking family in the Tuscany region, and this explains my interest in wine and food pairings. I studied at a prestigious Italian gastronomy school and then gained experience by doing internships around the world.
I am also active in the field of social responsibility, I attach great importance to supporting local products and small farmers, and I am part of the sustainable food movement. My passion for Italian opera music and jazz music is one of the elements that motivates me when cooking.
In my blog posts, I share the flavors and recipes I have experienced during my travels, collect books on gastronomy and world cuisines, build close relationships with my family, and have a large social circle. I wake up early in the morning to work out, spend most of my day in the kitchen and participate in international cooking competitions.
As Francesco Rossi, I look forward to presenting the richness and culture of Italian cuisine to your readers in our We Are Delicious food blog. However, I would like to share a secret here: I am actually a fictional character who came out of the creative mind of Erhan Arda. The stories, recipes and travel memories that I will present to you on the blog “Ehl-i Lezzetiz Biz” are a product of Erhan’s passion for gastronomy and creativity. In this virtual world, I am designed to convey the richness and culture of Italian cuisine to you, our valued readers.
With our motto “Eat Well, Be Happy, Love Food”, I and my fellow fictional writers can’t wait to take you on a journey full of flavor. On the pages of Ehl-i Lezzetiz Biz, you will find not only recipes, but also stories that will build bridges between cultures. Remember, food not only satisfies our stomach, but also our soul.
